Current status: Partial System Outage
Affected models: GPT-5.4, GPT-5 Thinking, o3, and 12 other models
Workaround: You can switch to Anthropic (Claude 4.6 Opus, etc.), Google Gemini (Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview, etc.), AWS Bedrock (Amazon Nova Pro, etc.) in your Pieces model settings. On-device (local) models also remain fully operational.

Single-click summaries and snippet enrichment may be unavailable

What still works:
On-device (local) models are fully operational
All locally saved snippets, conversations, and data are unaffected
